Kendal based musician/drummer and singer/songwriter Phil Middleton, is a professional drummer, singer, musician and published songwriter with 30 years of experience in the music industry and 10 years as a drum coach and songwriting collaborator.Already well established at Drums of Eden, we offer courses of lessons in Drums and Percussion and songwriting.

Full modern drum kit.
Genres covered include;
Rock/Pop/Soul/Funk/Reggae/Jazz/Country/Folk/Traditional.

Most styles are covered depending on individual student’s ability and aspirations. Drum scores and musical rhythm reading is encouraged but not compulsory and the Rock School series of Drum tuition books are covered to Grade 5.
Hand Percussion including:

Bongos
Congas
Djembe
Darbuka
Tambourine/Guiro etc.

Styles covered include Latin/Reggae/Soul/Funk/Jazz/Country/Folk.

Songwriting and Composition.
All abilities and particularly beginners are most welcome.
Most styles and genres can be covered and courses include;

Melody and Lyric Writing
Structure and Arrangement
Vocal Coaching.
